Compensation:
$1,200
Ideal Candidate: Candidates must have strong leadership skills and some prior experience in the sports & entertainment industry. The right candidate will be responsible, reliable, self-motivated, and eager to learn and grow within the sports & entertainment industry.
Responsibilities
- Completing venue-specific training
- Greeting guests as they enter and leave the event
- Enforcing venue policies and procedures
- Answering questions, resolving complaints, giving directions
- Reporting suspicious activity and violations of venue policy
- Conducting safety inspections and reporting unsafe conditions or other hazards
- Responding to guest conflicts and other incidents
- Completing written incident reports
- Assisting with evacuations and other crowd management duties
- Supervising staff at events
- Assisting with logistics and event prep
Qualifications
- Detail oriented
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
- Strong customer service skills, as well as a professional presence
- Ability to work as a team member, while maintaining a strong leadership role
- Highly motivated with a desire to succeed
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or associate degree in related field (sport management, business, criminal justice, etc.)
- Commitment to personal integrity
- Willing to work in adverse conditions: large crowds, unruly guests, standing for long periods of time, etc.
