Pay: $35-36,000/yr plus commissions

The Shift Supervisor will be responsible for managing the field talent at the customer location. Ensures strong performance from the workforce as well as builds and maintains a strong relationship with the customers onsite management.

In this role you will:

· Embrace and exemplify our TLC culture by providing exceptional service to our clients and engaging leadership for our field talent.

· Lead, motivate and manage the on-site workforce to deliver a strong performance for the client

· Supervise the timely delivery of all site-specific reporting

· Ensure necessary recruitment strategies so that headcount needs are met for all shifts

· Ensure compliance with all company and client’s standards including safety and all manufacturing practices

· Process unemployment compliance, payroll deadlines and proper documentation for onsite workforce

· Work with client and site staff to improve cycle time, employee relations and performance of the workforce

· Lead efforts to measurably improve recruitment, engagement, and retention of on-site workforce
