Creative Behavioral Consultants, Inc. has an opening for a Case Manager/Supervisor to cover Antelope Valley (Lancaster and Palmdale). We work with NLACRC, and are an in-network provider for commercial insurance companies and Medi-Cal providers. We do not have telehealth only supervisor positions.

We are a growing company and are seeking a BCBA or Case Manager (someone who is working toward becoming a BCBA). Position is PT to start leading to a FT if desired. Employees working over 30 hours a week are eligible for benefits such as vacation accrual, medical, vision, dental insurance and 401K plan.

Academic Requirements: You must either 1) be a BCBA or 2) Be enrolled in a Master's ABA program at an accredited institution with at least 12 units of ABA (see other experience requirements below).

REQUIREMENTS:

• ACADEMICS: Must meet one of the following three criteria: 1) MA/MS degree in ABA; or 2) Enrolled in an MA/MS degree in ABA with at least 12 units of ABA completed; or 3) enrolled in post-master's ABA coursework (at least 12 units completed)

ABA requires an organized and systematic approach to each individual case. We will provide you with a supportive foundation of guidance and growth in ABA knowledge and skills.

EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS (in addition to academic requirements):

(1) Minimum 1 year of experience as an ABA case supervisor using ABA with individuals with developmental disorders OR

(2) One year of supervisee/intern at a practicum/internship site working as a case manager (designing programs, training and supervising staff, conducting parent training) with individuals with special needs.

ADDITIONAL PROFICIENCIES:

• Proficient with ABA program design using a variety of techniques based on sound ABA principles
• Experience conducting FBAs and writing assessment and progress reports
• Excellent grammar and communication skills
• Innate ability to build rapport quickly with parents and consumers
• Highly organized with the ability to multi-task
• Clean background check, DOJ/FBI Livescan reports required
• Ability to conduct Functional Analyses preferred but not required
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred but not required
