Able Body Seaman - Starting Annual Salary $67,400 plus Job at Middle River Marine and Terminals
Able Body Seaman Requirements:
Must currently hold Merchant Mariner Credential with Able Body Seaman Endorsement issued by the USCG
· Make and break tows using cables and lines in preparing barges for the loading, transporting, and discharging of aggregate materials· Cleaning, washing, painting, scraping, and other general maintenance of vessels
· Examine cables, wires, and lines before and after locking and docking activities to ensure they are fit for continued use
· Handle equipment and transport materials to various docks via water transportation
· Stand watch
· Follow all guidelines and proper procedures set out by the USCG and the Company
