Russell Coaching, LLC is hiring talented, caring professionals with excellent communication skills to become trained Academic Coaches.

At Russell Coaching LLC we strive to provide a warm environment where students and parents find guidance and support to help them thrive. We specialize in Academic and ADHD Coaching for students, life coaching for tweens and teens, and coaching and school choice consultations for parents. Sessions are customized to match each client’s specific needs and goals. Coaching is a private pay service; we are not a non-profit agency.

This position requires excellent client service skills, as we work with many busy parents who are making a significant investment of time and resources in their student's education.

Requirements:

• 8-10 years of work directly with K-12 students in an educational, positive youth development, or counseling setting

• Master’s Degree or equivalent continued education in a related field such as education, counseling, psychology, communication, or youth development

• Personal qualities of empathy, patience, kindness, persistence, and enthusiasm

• Desire to help students become more successful at school and in life

• Proficiency with Zoom or Google Meets (for virtual coaching) Applicants must be available during after-school hours two days a week and/or for weekend hours.

Total commitment is to see a minimum of 6-8 students weekly for one-hour sessions. Pay is competitive; this position is a contract position.
