Academic Engagement Program Manager Job at Granite State College
Granite State College is seeking an Academic Engagement Program Manager. This position serves in a key leadership role within the Center for Engagement and Assessment in the Granite State Division of the College of Professional Studies. The person in this position works collaboratively with the academic community in this division to support teaching excellence in online, hybrid, and blended instructional settings through the implementation and ongoing improvement of faculty development, faculty onboarding and communications, and academic engagement initiatives.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Analytical skills to evaluate effective(s) of instructional initiatives.
- Specialized skills in faculty development.
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
- Computer skills (Microsoft Office, learning management systems, video conferencing, web-based content management systems, registration and communication solutions).
- Experience in a college/university work environment working collaboratively with faculty to improve instructional engagement.
- Teaching experience in online, mixed modal, and face-to-face environments.
