New Brunswick Theological Seminary (NBTS) is seeking an experienced administrative education professional who is highly knowledgeable and detail-oriented for the position of Academic Office Coordinator. This position is responsible for the coordination of academic administration, managing the day-to-day operations to ensure the highest quality services for accurate and timely processing. This position will also assist with financial aid and international students. The coordinator will provide critical support to students, faculty, and staff, and address questions or concerns with a solution-based approach. This position is expected to handle multiple responsibilities, solve complex problems, and ensure that systems and processes meet service expectations.

The Academic Office Coordinator will heavily use technology systems throughout their daily work activities including the Student Information System (SIS) and the Learning Management System (LMS). The ideal candidate will have experience working with SIS and LMS systems and be adaptable and possess a willingness and interest in learning new skills and technologies within a team environment. Experience with Financial Aid is a plus.

The Academic Office Coordinator must demonstrate efficient office and file management skills. This position reports to the Registrar working closely with the Deans of the Seminary. This is a part-time position with flexible scheduling and paid time off benefits. Some work from home hours may be available.
