As an Account Manager at our company, you will play a crucial role in maintaining client relationships and ensuring our customer's needs are met efficiently. Your tasks will not only revolve around traditional account management but will also involve responsibilities such as verifying Purchase Orders (POs), reviewing builder portals, and validating workbooks and floor plans.
We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000-$55,000, along with a bonus structure that rewards performance and fosters growth.
Responsibilities:
Assist our sales staff with post-sale communication and paperwork, with a primary focus on accuracy of pricing and inventory allocation.
Verify and manage Purchase Orders (POs) to ensure accuracy and compliance with company standards.
Regularly check and update information in builder portals.
Validate workbooks and floor plans to ensure they meet project requirements and company standards.
Proactively address client concerns and ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to improve the entire customer experience.
Act as a liaison between the customer, the installation team, and the finance department.
Qualifications:
Proven work experience as an Account Manager, or a similar role in customer service or sales.
Strong attention to detail, organization, and critical thinking skills.
Familiarity with general or specialty contractor processes, the ability to read and understand floor plans is a plus.
Proficient in MS Office, with a solid understanding of Excel for managing and verifying workbooks.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales, or experience in a relevant field.
