Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Account Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of sales success in the HR tech industry, exceptional communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with clients. This job is a remote position with travel to potential clients and to our Bay Area headquarters required as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets
  • Experience negotiating deals with a variety of C-Suite Executives to close opportunities
  • Experience in engaging in a programmatic approach to generate and develop leads within your territory
  • Extensive experience directly selling a technology product or service, preferably at an API-first company, with a record of top performance
  • A proven track record of moving sales processes forward from inception to close by leading complex, multi-party sales in a highly consultative manner, understanding strategies and applying value proposition
  • Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts and reports to management
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product adoption and implementation
  • Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote the company

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the HR tech industry
  • Proven track record in a high-velocity sales cycle, including prospecting for a portion of opportunities
  • Understanding of the the strategic competitive landscape of the industry by staying up to date with trends and customer needs so you can effectively position TransCrypt solutions within accounts
  • Develop outbound strategies to create and nurture opportunities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $75,000.00 per year
