  • Job Summary:

Achieve quarterly and annual referral and admission goals within assigned region/territory as set by the Better Life AdministratorEducate and motivate medical community about the benefits of in-home care and the unique benefits of Better Life Home HealthEducate medical community on what are home health appropriate referrals, patient and referral partner benefitsInitiate, cultivate, develop, and enhance relationships with physicians, hospitals, nursing homes, and assisted living facilities, ACOs, payers and other Referral Partners or Network ProvidersDevelop and track time and territory management plan for complete coverage of assigned territoryMakes 8 to 10 physician calls per day as well as numerous visits with office and hospital staffLeverage in-service events, formal and informal education events to insure delivery of Better Life Home HealthMaintain accurate record of all expenses and report to Better Life Home Health on a timely basisCollaborate with other members of the home health team within your assigned territoryAt all times, represent Better Life Home Health professionally through care and/or services provided to all clients and patientsMaintain the confidentiality of patients and families within Better Life Home Health as per government mandates.

Education/Experience:

  • Any combination of education and experience that would provide required skills and knowledge for successful performance would be qualifying.
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum two-years of documented sales success, preferably in selling services to medical professionals within designated region
  • Current State of Florida driver’s license with driving record acceptable to Better Life Home Health insurance carrier, and reliable transportation
  • Current Auto Insurance coverage
  • Level II AHCA (Agency for Healthcare Administration) background screening

Skills Required:

  • Strong communication skills with ability to listen.
  • Ability to communicate and articulate Alivia Care services and benefits to medical professionals in a clear and concise manner.
  • Excellent presentation skills for both small and large audiences.
  • Ability to work autonomously but yet support the needs of Alivia Care and your fellow team members.
  • Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office, customer relationship management and sales force automation systems.
  • Track record of success at self-driven sales (preferably medical service related).

Pay: $52,000.00 - $78,000.00 per year
