Job Summary

Bambee is currently seeking a results-driven Account Executive, Existing Business that has the unique ability to build ongoing customer relationships while carrying a quota of upsells and renewals. This is an inside sales position, and is a hybrid hunter/farmer role. The Account Executive in this role will be working with our customers in the small business segment (1-20 employees). Focusing on growing businesses with smaller accounts and helping them to take the next step in their evolution, you’ll be working to cross-sell products and sign customers to annual contracts. This is an in-office position at HQ in Downtown Los Angeles, CA.
Who You Are
- 2-3 years of sales experience, preferably in SAAS / Subscription businesses strongly preferred.
- Technologically savvy with experience using customer relationship management systems (Salesforce preferred)
- The ability to tailor communication to the customer's needs with strong verbal, written, and presentation skills.
- Have a strong desire to learn and the ability to master new technologies within a relatively short period
- High energy, entrepreneurial spirit, and relentless drive to achieve results; operates independently with minimal supervision and direction, and as part of a team
- Highly motivated individual motivated by the opportunity to work for a fast-growing start-up
What You'll Do
- Drive expansion within assigned customer base through adoption of additional Bambee services including but not limited to Bambee Guided Payroll, Benefits, and Training
- Consistently meet and exceed assigned quota associated within assigned customer base
- Manage the executive-level relationships within the assigned customer base to ensure business value is delivered against the customer’s HR needs
- Hunt for opportunities to expand customer business value and drive these opportunities to a close
- Work cross-functionally within Bambee to ensure customers are continually getting value out of the platform. Some groups that Account Executive, Existing Business frequently work with are Customer Support, HR Accounts, and Payroll Implementation team.
- Plan and execute activities with the customer, including product reviews (via screen share, phone, and email).
- Make outbound calls to customers with up to 100 dials a day
