Account Managers are responsible for managing the relationship between our company and its clients. The main goal is to ensure that our clients are satisfied with our products and services, and to maintain a long standing relationship with us.
Role:
Account Managers carry out the strategic elements of our business strategy for each client. They will demonstrate proactive ability to identify and address the main causes of clients issues. Be able to find new and inventive ways to demonstrate to customers the value of our company's services and products. In addition, be able to develop and manage service plans in the most productive and strategic manner possible.
Account Managers will also be trained to proactively identify possible service problems and take actions to address any that do occur.

We are a remote-friendly company, with serval hubs and locations for employees to collaborate. This is a hybrid position and would need a candidate to be able to commute to the Edison, New Jersey area.

Pay: $42,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
