We are currently looking for Account Manager who will join our team in Union, NJ. THIS IS AN IN-PERSON POSITION ONLY.

BASE PAY + SALES COMMISSION!!

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Places sales calls to prospective customers; offers explanation of service/product and pricing/ordering information
• Places sales calls to current customers to offer promotions and new or upgraded products
• Persuasively engage customers to buy products; receives, records, and routes customer orders in appropriate manner
• Intercept and respond to customer complaints or concerns with products and seek to resolve the problem while adhering to company policy
• Contacts customers to follow-up on customer satisfaction issues or solicit further sales
• Accurately documents all contacts, thus maintain detailed records of outgoing and incoming calls, actions, follow up information and responses in customer database
• Organizes and maintains file system; files correspondence and other records
• Maintains working knowledge of products and special promotions
• Build a relationship with customers to upkeep long lasting business and satisfaction on both ends

Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience in tele-sales at least 1 year!
• Knowledge of Sales Force and / or SAP
• Excellent communication skills
• Willingness to learn and grow
• Winning attitude
• Success driven mindset
• Knowledge of janitorial supplies, paper supplies, plastic supplies and hardware supplies is a BIG PLUS!

Pay: $33,280.00 - $80,000.00 per year
