WEBTOON Entertainment is looking for an organized, motivated and highly communicative Account Manager to effectively manage relationships with creators and partners, and support internal business teams. This is a highly collaborative role, as you will be communicating with creators and members of the WEBTOON community. You must be detail-oriented, visual, and self-motivated with strong verbal and written communications skills.
To excel in this role, you need to possess superior communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to tackle several projects simultaneously. Working knowledge of project management tools, along with superior organizational skills, are a must in this position. You are also expected to possess excellent time-management skills to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
Experience or familiarity with entertainment industry or creative communities highly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Manage relationships with key partner and creator accounts by conducting regular check-ins and responding to account inquiries
- Support internal business teams with data analysis and provide consolidated weekly reports on accounts
- Work with operations teams to refine communication processes and create standard operating procedure documentation
- Liaise with Legal, Business Development, and Content teams in developing scalable strategies for account management
Requirements
- 3-5 years proven work experience as an Account Manager, Success Manager or relevant role
- Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level
- Solid experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce, Zendesk or HubSpot) and MS Office (particularly MS Excel)
- Experience or familiarity with entertainment industry or creative communities highly preferred
- Experience delivering solutions to customer needs
- Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- BA/BS degree
