Job Summary:
As a Group Account Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring that all current and emerging client needs are met across multiple projects and clients. You will be the champion of the brand and work closely within a cross-functional team of strategists, project managers, creatives, developers, and partner agencies. As part of the Client Services team, you will also collaborate with the client to identify the brand’s needs, help make data-driven strategic and tactical recommendations, document the decisions, communicate them to the team, strategize solutions, and own the final delivery of all projects. You will be responsible for managing client relationships and driving organic growth within your client portfolio. To achieve this, you’ll have to understand the science behind the product, the brand’s commercial strategy, and the strategies that will drive client revenue and growth.
Duties / Responsibilities
  • Lead multiple client accounts with minimal supervision across a variety of projects, including, strategy, customer experience, creative development, digital asset design, analytics, omni-channel marketing, and performance reporting across HCP, caregiver, patient, and organized customer audiences
  • Ensure that clients are delighted with project delivery, measured via customer feedback and customer satisfaction scores
  • Manage client relationships and expectations, while driving consistent organic growth year over year
  • Manage relationships with partner agency leads to ensure optimal collaboration
  • Partner with the project management team to ensure on-time, on-budget project delivery
  • Maintain ongoing project status with project management by maintaining project status documents and budget reports
  • Lead internal and external status meetings
  • Write clear, concise emails, status reports, and conference reports
  • Write SOWs in partnership with senior client services and project management teams
  • Manage and report on project budget utilization and lead conversations with clients around account and project financial status
  • Manage legal, regulatory, and medical review process, participate in reviews to provide thought leadership as needed
  • Manage more junior client service team members and serve as internal client subject matter expert internally
  • Grow client relationships by proactively identifying opportunities for business development
  • Participate in new business pitch team activities as needed

  • Possess good presentation skills and abilities for consultative selling
Education / Experience:
  • 5-7 years of experience in a pharma/healthcare and/or digital agency
  • Proven track record of supervising large-scale marketing projects
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline
  • Experience in understanding and delivering analytics reports
Workplace Expectations:
