Responsible for performing accounting duties on behalf of the company and have an active role in human resource functions. Responsible for timely issuance of internal and external financial reports. Depending on job assignment, may perform any of the duties listed below. May provide back up to other office positions as requested.
Essential Functions:
· Manage general ledger entries, perform month-end closing tasks and review account balances
· General oversight of ERP (NetSuite) .
· Prepare daily account balances
· Check deposits/scanner
· Banking and credit card reconciliation
· Time keeping/time clock
· Prepare payroll and maintain employee payroll/benefit records
· Administrative oversight of company health/business insurance benefits
· Inventory count preparation
· Inventory reconciliation
· Inventory/new product build assemblies in NetSuite
· Prepare customer invoices in accordance with standard procedures and using accurate coding.
· Promo and issues worksheet
· Maintain paper and electronic accounting files.
· Administer employee expense activities; gather reports, issue payment and maintain records.
· Administer petty cash; issue, reimburse, maintain records.
· May answer phones, e-mails and faxes and direct to correct personnel.
· Process revenues including cash, credit card and checks. Process customer credits
· Act as back up to Administrative
· Keep work area neat and orderly.
· Meet or exceed attendance expectations.
· Maintain a positive working relationship with co-workers
· Communicate all concerns and work-related issues to manager.
· Complete all paperwork associated with position.
· Follow company policies and procedures.
· Perform other duties assigned by manager from time to time.
Minimum Physical Requirements
· Sedentary position typical of an office environment. Ability to sit at a desk and work with phone and computer 100% of the workday.
· Physical stamina to work required hours
· Ability to remain focused and coherent 100% of the workday
· Ability to see, hear and speak 100% of the workday
· Ability to stand and/or walk 50% of the workday.
· Ability to bend, stoop or twist 50% of the workday.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
