We have an immediate opening for an Accounting Assistant. The main office is located in Playa Del Rey, CA. This position will be responsible for register and payment reconciliations and special projects.

Examples of responsibilities:

  • Register reconciliations.
  • Various payment reconciliations.
  • Maintenance of spreadsheets for various payments and discrepancies.
  • Special projects.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in computers (Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word and Accounting Software).
  • Minimum of 2 years of prior work experience in related field.
  • Good written and verbal communications skills.
  • Friendly demeanor and detail oriented.
  • 10-Key by touch.
