Our client located in Manchester; CT is currently looking for an Entry level Accounting Clerk!
Pay: $24 - $26HR
Job Requirements: Accounting Degree (No experience needed!!)
Job Description:
- Maintains accurate records of Juice inventories, checks and confirm deliveries, may process supplier's credit cards and other approved credit cards for payment.
- Verifies and posts details of business transactions, such as funds received and disbursed, and totals accounts.
- Computes and records charges, refunds, cost of lost or damaged goods, freight charges and similar items.
- Types vouchers, invoices, checks, account statements, reports, and other records
- Reconciles bank statements or petty cash when applicable.
- Interfaces with external venders and customers regarding invoices issued and received.
- Interfaces with internal department managers and their supervisors to verify daily operations.
- Responsible for updating and correcting payroll hours in Kronos for employees on a daily/weekly basis
- Compiling and posting employee payroll data and managing hours clocked
- NON - Hybrid / IN-Person
