Job Description:
Our premium, professional services client is looking to add an Accounting Specialist to join the team immediately! The position offers an awesome work environment with free parking, company perks, and the potential to go contract-to-hire.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Accurately enters field payroll timecards verifying correct job classes are being input for each trade and ensuring correct union rules are applied.
Reviews daily dispatch to make sure correct employees are on the crew payroll and correct trucks have turned in timecards.
Balances all weekly payroll and submits to payroll department for processing.
Processes production tickets from asphalt plant, verifying customer and internal jobs are ticketed and billed correctly, reconciles against productions reports and setup customer job sheets to generate pre lien notices for outside sales.
Tracks RAP usage and EZ Street Production on Monthly Production Log.
Enters and attaches Material Receipt for Asphalt oil Bill of Ladings that come from the plant(s).
Processes cash, check and credit cards for outside sale customers and project customers.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
