Responsibilities of the Accounts Payable Clerk:
- Review and verification of invoices
- Obtain invoices through online vendor portals and multiple email inboxes
- Input invoices into the Accounting Software
- Work with assigned facility to verify receipt and processing of all necessary invoices
- Review and reconcile monthly vendor statements and payments
- Filing of all payments
- Process check requests
- Assist with reconciling facility Petty Cash account as needed

Requirements:Requirements of the Accounts Payable Clerk:
- Accounts Payable experience preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel/Word
- Proficiency with Windows file system
- Experience with Sage Intacct preferred
- College degree a plus
- Must have a high level of accuracy and be comfortable with deadlines
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to take initiative; open to change and to learning new concepts
