Accounts Payable Clerk Job at We Care Behavioral and Mental Health
The Accounts Payable Specialistwill report directly to the Manager of Accounts Payable and will be an integral part of the accounting team. The right candidate will be ambitious, flexible and have a desire to learn and grow professionally. We are seeking a driven, dedicated, and enthusiastic professional to join our dynamic team.
Responsibilities:
- All activities in the accounts payable function, including but not limited to processing of vendor bills or check requests, seeking approvals, initiating payments (including wires, ACHs, and checks), recording AP related journal entries, sending payment remittances, and reconciling vendor statements
- Resolving invoice or payment discrepancies and documentation, track and resolve purchase order and change orders, execute any check void/ stop payment processes. Creating new vendors in NetSuite and taking responsibility for completeness and accuracy of records
- Audit Expense reports in Concur ensuring expense reimbursement follows our Travel & Entertainment policy
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1-2 years of Accounts Payable experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting preferred
- Computer proficiency using MS Excel, Word and Outlook
- Experience working within an ERP system preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour

- High school or equivalent (Required)

- Accounts payable: 1 year (Required)
