Accounts Payable Specialist, Contractor Job at Motional
Mission:
We are looking for a detail-oriented individual to join our Boston headquarters as an Accounts Payable Specialist, Contractor. This role will last between 2-3 months (starting ASAP) and is a great way to introduce yourself to an amazing team and company, and to gain valuable experience. We are ideally looking for someone with familiarity with accounting (internships count!) who is comfortable with data entry and pays great attention to data integrity and detail. This person will work cross functionally with multiple teams in the organization as well as vendors, so communication skills are also important. Come join the Motional team!
What you will do:
- Responsible for ensuring all invoices are entered into Coupa, coded correctly and submitted for approval
- Working with staff and Procurement to ensure that all POs are received in a timely manner and paid on time
- Working with vendors to resolve any outstanding issues and reconciling accounts
- Review of expenses ensuring that all expenses are within policy and identify any transactions that aren't compliant
- Additional tasks as required
