Accounts Receivable Associate Job at Rex Moore Group, Inc.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Call on all service/technical service/RMI customers (including any contract jobs with those customers)
- RMI billing quarterly
- Bill any sales orders as needed (after second month)
- Assist with production billings as needed
- Reconcile past due accounts, related billings and collections
- Manage third party collections
- New customer account credit checks
- Service/Tech Service preliminary notice review (twice a month)
- Record and monitor weekly KPI’s
- Relieve on front desk phones as needed
REPORTING STRUCTURE:
This position reports directly Accounting Director

LOCATION:
RSS is located in Sacramento, CA.
COMPENSATION:
RSS hourly/salary rates commensurate with each employee’s knowledge, experience and skill level.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience working in an Accounts Receivable and Collections position, preferably in the construction industry
- Knowledge of Accounting Principles
- Computer literate with above average MS Excel knowledge and skills
- Above average verbal and written communication skills
- Above average mathematical skills with respect to standard business mathematics
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
- This positions works within an office environment
- Regularly required to communicate verbally and in writing with internal and external customers
- Must be able to work at a computer/desk for extended periods of time
- Must be able to have repetitive wrist/hand/finger movement to work on computer and/or related office equipment
- Reach in all directions
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. maximum or carry any object up to 15 lbs.
- May be required to bend, twist, kneel, stoop
- May be required to stand periodically
