As an Accounts Receivable Specialist you will be responsible for processing and managing payments received by clients. You will use your organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure that payments received are properly recorded transactions in the system. Additionally, you will provide excellent customer service and resolve discrepancies as needed.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Pull online reports and posts daily credit card payments
• Credit card charge processing
• Handles credit card disputes
• Works daily credit card report, updating account information daily
• Sends credit card receipts and invoices to customers upon request
• Maintain all old and new credit card information (destroy when needed)
• Processes all customer refunds
• Returned check processing
• Manuel check deposits
• Assist in maintaining special accounts
• Files all third party billing in conjunction with customer and corporate requirements
• Fill in when needed in department on various projects, such as pulling information for auditors, researching information, etc.
• Other responsibilities to be added if time allows

• 3 plus years in Accounts Receivable experience
• Attention to detail in posting payments
• Experience processing credit card transactions
• Proficient experience in MS Word and Excel
• Must have good customer service skills
• Work well independently as well as in a team
• Ability to provide proof of vaccination against Covid-19 virus, unless a medical or religious exemption applies.
• Drug screenings and background checks are part of the hiring process, which may also include a Motor Vehicle Record check.
