- Perform the day-to-day processing of revenue billing and recording of cash receipts to client records. Maintain client records in an, up to date and accurate manner.
- Utilize Contracts to accurately generate Customer profiles and Invoicing.
- Generate invoices in accounting software and mail them to clients
- Process monthly allocations of revenue and necessary accruals
- Prepare monthly account reconciliations
- Verify that transactions comply with financial policies and procedures
- Reviews weekly aging reports for collections
- Responsible for collection, management, and resolution of outstanding invoices from past due accounts
- Assists account managers with collection
- Generate revenue by clients report and revenue comparison to previous periods
- Prepare and enter journal entries as required
- Analyze accounts for accuracy
- Special Projects as assigned
Requirements
Financial degree is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of Prepaid Expenses and Accruals
- Strong general ledger experience is a must
- 3-5 Years experience in Finance with Accounts Receivable experience preferred
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Strong Excel Skills
- Experience with Accounting Software Packages
