Legend Oaks Healthcare and Rehabilitation of North Austin is immediately hiring an Weekend Activities Assistant - Full Time for our skilled nursing facility. We are looking for someone who will take pride in being the highlight of our resident’s day. We are looking for someone with passion, hard working, dependable and excited about helping others.

Hours: 9am through 5pm

1. Wedenesday through Sunday, or

2. Saturday through Wednesday Sunday

The primary purpose of your job position is to plan, organize, develop, and direct the overall operation of the Activity Department in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines and regulations, our established policies and procedures, and as may be directed by the Administrator, to assure that an on-going program of activities is designed to meet, in accordance with the comprehensive assessment, the interests and the physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being of each resident.

Qualifications:

• Experience as an Activities Assistant in a Skilled Nursing Facility and/ or long term care preferred.
