Overview:
Opening in the Spring of 2023, The Sycamore of River Falls will be a growing, full-service senior living community with 84 apartments including 68 blended independent and assisted living and 16 memory care apartments in a secured neighborhood on first floor. The property will also have four villa patio twin home units with two bedroom and three bedroom options for active, independent seniors. The apartment building will consist of a variety of studios, one-bedroom, one-bedroom plus den, and two-bedroom units. The underground parking garage has 50 parking stalls, maintenance rooms, and residents’ storage area. Responsibilities/Job Description:
The
Activities Director leads all planning and implementing of a quality leisure and social events program crafted to assist senior Assisted Living/Memory Care residents in maintaining their personal potential both physically and mentally. This leadership position will is responsible for all aspects of the activities department and team.
- 80 hours per two week pay period, may require evenings and weekends as needed.

- Develops program and activities reflective of resident interests
- Assists in meeting the psychosocial needs of residents
- Coordinates community volunteers
- Associate's Degree in Recreational Therapy or related Required; Bachelor's Degree Preferred
- Three to five years previous experience preferred
- Able to drive a 14 passenger van
