*Starting Pay Rate $15.00 Per Hour*
Sign on Bonus of $1,000.00 for FT/PT position
Overtime Hours available, may earn a referral bonus once hired.

Responsbilities:
- Assists in providing a program of activities which are structured to meet the individual needs of the residents
- Providing individualized attention , including those with dementia, which encourages each resident's ability, including one on one visits as needed
- Maintaining proper documentation including daily attendance and visits
- Creativeness a plus
- Nursing Home Experience is a plus but not a must.
