Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities:
- Analyze and diagnose product non-conformance and develop the necessary action plans that minimize interruptions to manufacturing operations and production schedules.
- Responsible for all area equipment and will assist in maintaining calibration of safety equipment and tools.
- Perform quality verification on automation packages conformity to the order procedure.
- Assist in identifying continuous improvement opportunities and implementation of those improvements.
- Ability to maintain 5S duties.
- A&C specialist will be responsible for assisting with standard manufacturing when not leading A&C assemblies.
- Valve and automation assembly
- Other warehouse duties as assigned
Qualifications and Core Competencies (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities):
- 3+ years of experience in the valve and automation industry with direct experience working and assembling pneumatic, electric, and hydraulic automation and controls on various valve types
- Experience in troubleshooting of mechanical and electrical systems.
- Ability to contribute in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Understanding of basic electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
