Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities:

• Analyze and diagnose product non-conformance and develop the necessary action plans that minimize interruptions to manufacturing operations and production schedules.
• Responsible for all area equipment and will assist in maintaining calibration of safety equipment and tools.
• Perform quality verification on automation packages conformity to the order procedure.
• Assist in identifying continuous improvement opportunities and implementation of those improvements.
• Ability to maintain 5S duties.
• A&C specialist will be responsible for assisting with standard manufacturing when not leading A&C assemblies.
• Valve and automation assembly
• Other warehouse duties as assigned

Qualifications and Core Competencies (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities):

• 3+ years of experience in the valve and automation industry with direct experience working and assembling pneumatic, electric, and hydraulic automation and controls on various valve types
• Experience in troubleshooting of mechanical and electrical systems.
• Ability to contribute in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Understanding of basic electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
