Job Summary:
Have the ability to work in fast paced environment, packing glue bottles in appropriate packaging at the required rate.
- Understand, exemplify, and drive all safety, quality, and production goals in the department
- Ability to work in close proximity with team members
- Ability to pack product in appropriate packaging at the required rate
- Flexibility to take on various departmental tasks as deemed necessary by the supervisor
- Rotation into other departments to meet business needs
- Strives to eliminate waste and maintain cleanliness at the workstation
Job Duties:
- Ability to work well with others
- Must be able to follow all safety procedures and company policies
- Demonstrate good attention to detail
- Must be able to read, understand, and follow written and verbal work instructions
- Basic use of a calculator and a demonstrated understanding of basic math skills
- Flexible to work any shift
- Ability to work overtime or call-ins as necessary
- Visual aptitude – must be able to see with or without correction
- Communication – ability to communicate verbally or non-verbally
- Must be able to lift up to 45 pounds
- Be in good standing with the company
- Must be able to walk, bend, kneel, stoop, climb, reach and grasp for varying periods of time up to a consecutive 12-hour period
- Must be able to wear required PPE
