Job Title: Admin Assistant
Location: Dearborn, MI 48126
Shifts Available: Mon to Fri, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm (40 hrs./week)
Qualifications/ Requirements:
- Strong administrative skills, above average Excel skills
- Excellent customer service – the ability to ease customer frustrations o Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work on multiple task – changing quickly from one task to another
- Clear communication – must be able to discuss issues direct to the customer clearly and professionally
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintaining database regarding Multifunction/printer devices with location, print queues, IP, contract number, service partner, lease information, and other required detail. This is compiled in theTRAC system
- Coordinate device removals, installs, upgrades, and moves with locations and/or sales team
- Review invoices for accuracy and validate service charges
- Work closely with the billing department reviewing aging invoices, work to coordinate a resolution with the customer and AR
- High level trouble shooting of device software – Streamline o Uninstall/Reinstall device software
- Change toner, waste toner bottles, and address minor device issues.
- Place service calls for issues unable to resolve
- o Trouble shoot user issues remotely through Teams and/or Skype Install print queues Set default printer
- o Monitor Print Management for printers in error state – reset/cancel jobs if necessary
- o Manage toner supplies on-site for local devices
- o Place direct ship orders to branch/remote locations o Coordinate customer network team with Ricoh network team for larger issues outside of the customers knowledge base in regards to print servers, TRAC monitoring software
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Salary: $16.00 per hour
