1. First point of contact for the Financial Aid and Student Accounts Offices to assist students and parents with navigating business in the Warrior One Stop,
2. Assists with completion of the FAFSA, scholarship, and other financial forms or documents,
3. Liaison for Payment Plans – ensuring students understand the process from how to request one to the timeline for processing and payments,
4. Provides support to the Director for tracking participants in the Second Change Pell (SCP) Program and future Prison Education Program (PEP) for federal compliance reporting,
5. Partners with other office staff on projects and assignments, and
6. Other duties as assigned
Good knowledge of:
- Office support functions including word processing, filing, composing a variety of business documents and reception;
- gathering and compiling data;
- balancing and coordinating a workload for multiple projects.
- Associate's degree or higher
