Affinity Groundworks is a continually growing construction company in Utah that is looking for the ideal person to help with the office day to day tasks. We are looking for someone who is also looking to expand their personal experience in this role. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who is not afraid to ask questions and open to growing with us.
Responsibilities:
· Assisting the HR Manager with day-to-day tasks such as onboarding new hires
· Keeping all documentation organized
· Gathering any information and documentation requested from the office manager.
· Handling any forms of correspondence received such as emails and phone calls.
· Keeping assigned databases updated
· Any tasks assigned from the director of operations.
Requirements:
· Must have a professional phone voice.
· Must be energetic, proactive, and well organized
· Must have 2 years of administrative experience/relative office experience
· Microsoft office – Excel and Word
· Self-starter who is able to work independently with little or no direction on a day-to-day basis
· Strong ability to multi-task, prioritize work and activities to meet deadlines under pressure
· Possess strong communication skills and attention to detail
· Ability to effectively communicate both written and verbally
· Bilingual in Spanish and English (Preferred, not required)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $28.00 per hour
