Administrative Assistant Job at Cadillac Coffee Company
SUMMARY
Responsible for performing general/clerical office and inventory assistance, ongoing data entry. Also, responsible for recording and follow up of company asset movement.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following, but not limited to, other duties may be assigned.
Administrative
Various daily data entry.
Word Documents and procedures
Excel Reports
Inventory Control - Responsible for:
Daily recording movement, placement and follow-up of company assets.
Process incoming equipment receipts
Record equipment sales
Follow up on equipment placed at locations in conjunction with their sales.
Follow up on equipment placed to ensure paperwork is turned in
Dispose damaged equipment as determined by the Service Manager
Works with sales team to follow up on equipment retrieval and roi
Update equipment pricing when necessary
Initiate customer and warehouse audits to ensure accurate records
Work with Customer Service to validify service calls
General
Assist HR is various projects
Assist Assistant to the President with various projects
Assist Service Manager with various projects
Verbal contact with customers

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Two-year College or university program certificate; or two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Basic knowledge of current technology (computers, software, Excel spreadsheets, Word processing, phones)
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedural manuals. Ability to effectively communicate with others.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, are circumference, and volume.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, or schedule form.
