Summary
This position will administer programs, processes, and projects as needed by the department. Specifically, this position will assist with budgets, travel, record keeping, expense reporting, purchasing, etc. as needed.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Providing support and ensuring all administrative tasks are achieved on time or ahead of schedule, in a professional, customer service oriented and quality-focused manner
- Maintaining calendars, scheduling appointments and coordinating for meetings, conferences and travel
- Maintaining highly confidential information and files and be responsible for time sensitive material
- Preparing routine and complex correspondence, reports and presentations often using most advanced office technology including word processing, graphics and spreadsheets
- Researching, analyzing and compiling data and figures for presentations and proposals
- Organizing and maintaining file system, and filing correspondence and records
- Preparing minutes of meetings
- Organizing and expediting flow of work through human resources, finance, operations, etc.
- Performing general clerical duties including photocopying, fax and mailing
- Handling requests for information and data
- Resolving administrative and accounting problems and inquiries
- Coordinating Human Resource administrative functions for local and remote new employees; including administration of all required employment related paperwork for hiring training
- Implementing processes to maintain accurate data and information in Salesforce.com, running reports and updating records as requested
- Collecting information from staff for various reports
- Preparing and proofreading routine correspondence, proposals and invoices
- Other duties as assigned
Education & Experience
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2 years related experience is preferred
- Working knowledge of all Microsoft Office Software applications
- Demonstrated customer service skills
- Proven organizational skills
- Must know how to operate an automated phone system.
- Must have excellent customer service and presentation skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred
- Undergraduate Degree
Administrative sales experience or tradeshow work experience.
