Administrative Assistant

Description

Responsibilities:

  • Draft investor correspondences and other formal documents
  • Communicate with investors on a weekly basis
  • Plan and schedule appointments and events
  • Greet and assist onsite guests
  • Answer inbound telephone calls
  • Develop and implement organized digital filing systems
  • Perform all other general office tasks

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Superior level of thoroughness and attention to detail; ability to find solutions without direction; synthesize information, prioritize assignments, and execute tasks before deadlines
  • Self-motivated, enthusiastic individual who thrives in a team environment
  • Willingness to work in-person

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
