Description
Responsibilities:
- Draft investor correspondences and other formal documents
- Communicate with investors on a weekly basis
- Plan and schedule appointments and events
- Greet and assist onsite guests
- Answer inbound telephone calls
- Develop and implement organized digital filing systems
- Perform all other general office tasks
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
- Superior level of thoroughness and attention to detail; ability to find solutions without direction; synthesize information, prioritize assignments, and execute tasks before deadlines
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic individual who thrives in a team environment
- Willingness to work in-person
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
