The Disaster Management division works with government agencies and communities to design and implement policies and programs to promote increased resilience to disasters and to promote long-term recovery in housing, economic revitalization, and infrastructure after disaster strikes. Our functional expertise is in program management, technical assistance, training, performance measurement and evaluation, website development, and adult learning. Clients include HUD, HHS, and USDA among others. We often work in close collaboration with ICF experts across the firm on issues related to energy efficiency and green building, infrastructure, disaster planning and recovery, financial literacy, job training, and others. All work is done in a professional, collegial, and intellectual environment that allows individuals pursue their passions and generate results.

In response to ICF's Disaster Management growth, we are currently seeking an Administrative Assistant to join us immediately. This is a full-time benefits-eligible position located in our new office space in Cupey, Puerto Rico.
As an Administrative Assistant you will:
- Perform a variety of responsible, confidential and complex administrative and organizational functions
- Assist management with task associated with invoicing, construction, case management, policy, administration and customer service
- Work on multiple tasks, often juggling priorities and working with tight deadlines
- Gather/organize information on project activities and for reports.
- Create and edit correspondence documents, reports and presentations using Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- Become knowledgeable of policies and procedures governing federally-funded recovery programs including knowledge of procedures, policies, and directives associated with federal disaster recovery programs, specifically HUD CDBG-DR.
- Work closely with program applicants, CM and Case Managers by coordinating and scheduling Meetings.
- Gather, scan, and store required program eligibility and other required information in electronic databases and case management systems.
- Provide Excellent Customer Service
- Bilingual Spanish and English
Basic Qualifications:
- Associate's Degree
- Current residence in Puerto Rico
- 2+ years experience in Microsoft Office - Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Excel
Professional Skills:
- Strong writing and data analytical skills
- Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize, work under pressure, juggle multiple tasks, organize time effectively
- High level of accuracy and discretion
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Flexibility of schedule and able to work in a fast-paced environment
