Johnson Battery Company is seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented, and organized Administrative Assistant with a proven ability to handle a diverse set of responsibilities. This highly motivated individual must demonstrate strong proficiency in computer skills specifically with Excel and be highly attentive to detail. The qualified candidate must be must be able to work in a multi-task environment. High school diploma or equivalency with 1 - 2 years of related business experience required.

The Responsibilities:

  • Maintains and updates various directives for the administrative functions of the organization
  • Must collect, compile and record data for analyzing, while adhering to strict deadlines
  • Assist with preparing Daily Assignments
  • Excel spreadsheet management
  • Prepares and maintains customer files
  • Answer incoming phone calls in a pleasant and helpful manner
  • Ability to read, understand and follow oral and written instructions
  • Performs other duties as assigned/needed
