Administrative Assistant Job at Leeds Real Estate
Leeds Real Estate is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant!

This is a part-time position. 2-3 days per week, 8:30am-5:00pm. Weekends and holidays off.
Responsibilities:
- Perform receptionist responsibilities such as copying, scanning, mailings, data entry, greeting and assisting clients, answer and direct incoming calls, coordinate, and schedule appointments, input new listings
- Maintain office appearance through cleanliness and watering of the exterior flowers
- Interact with and post daily on all social media platforms
- Assist Owner with relevant tasks and errands
- Weekly/Monthly print advertising and proofing
- Schedule and organize office events and meetings
- Communicate professionally and with urgency to clients and customers
- Overall support for real estate agents and fellow staff
Qualifications:
- Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word & Excel required
- Extremely high attention to detail is crucial
- Working knowledge of office systems such as printer and fax machine required
- Must be a team player, self-motivated and a self-starter
- Can-do, polite and upbeat attitude
