We are looking for someone that is proficient in Microsoft applications, enjoys learning new skills, and is eager to take on new projects to support the work of our tour planning team by supporting our President with the production of tour proposals and contracts. Based out of our historic headquarters in Virginia, our experienced operations team ensures that our clients experience excellent customer service before, during, and after their tours with MARS. This work includes but is not limited to typing tour proposals, tour research, pricing, preparing contracts, communicating with clients, and maintaining our internal CRM.

We’re looking for candidates with strong written and verbal communication, high attention to detail, keen problem-solving abilities, and a desire to learn and grow within the tour and travel industry.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma. An associate degree or higher preferred.
- Dedicated, reliable, enthusiastic, career-minded individual.
- Excellent written and oral communications.
- Detail oriented, ability to produce work with a high degree of accuracy.
- Swift and creative problem-solving skills.
- Proficient at multitasking and able to work with a high degree of independence.
- Proficient in Microsoft suite.
