Bilingual Administrative Assistant – Full-Time
Job Summary
The bilingual Administrative Assistant serves as the first point of contact in person and on the phone at our Yonkers community center, and strives to make clients feel they are in a trusted, safe space. This staff member also provides administrative support for the programs, staff, and the Operations Manager, to whom this position reports.

You handle multiple administrative tasks well: a Salesforce database; a complex program calendar; busy phones; and food, equipment, and materials needed for programs.
Responsibilities
- Greet clients and visitors and respond to various requests by phone, email, and in person and direct them to appropriate staff and programs.
- Support program instructors, staff, and volunteers so classes and programs run smoothly, virtually and in-person.
- Support program administration with marketing, maintaining registration lists, outreach calls, collecting client fees, and assisting with special events and activities as needed.
- Maintain an up-to-date, accurate office calendar for Neighbors Link programs; enter client information and program attendance records in Salesforce database.
- Support Operations Manager with day-to-day administrative support.
- Coordinate office supplies and food orders for staff and programs; maintain inventory records.
Requirements
- Fluency in English and Spanish required
- Associate degree or higher preferred
- Strong interpersonal communication skills and customer service orientation
- Ability to multi-task and work with other team members
- Proficiency with MS Office and G-Suite
- Familiarity with Google calendar and database experience a plus
- Familiarity with Salesforce a plus
- Commitment to the Neighbors Link mission
- Must be able to work in-person at our Yonkers location, with flexibility to work some evening and weekend hours as needed; occasional work in our Ossining or Mount Kisco locations.
