Job Summary
This is a brief synopsis of overall job duties.
This position will serve as the receptionist for the building and direct incoming phone calls, mail, and visitors to the proper location. Along with that, the Administrative Assistant will also be in control of patient trust accounts, setting up orientations, interviews, resident care conferences and other tasks that may be assigned.

Education: Minimum educational requirements
License: N/A
Experience: 1-2 years of experience as an administrative assistant or similar roll

Administrative Assistant Assigned Tasks:
1. Direct incoming phone calls, mail, and visitors to the proper location
2. Ability to accurately count, distribute, and give receipts for incoming and outgoing money
3. Able to call family members, POA-HC and Guardians to set up care conferences
4. Create care conference notes and ensure accurate name, date, and conference information
5. Schedule interviews for new applicants for various departments and ensure tracking form is updated daily
6. Responsible for all outgoing mail and forward mail to past residents, POAs and/or Guardians
7. Tasks assigned by the management team that may include but not limited to copying, faxing, creating binders, and other projects.
8. Create orientation packets and set up new employee orientation
9. Create admission packets for new admissions with up-to-date information
10. Order office supplies and ensure enough inventory is available to support
Interdisciplinary team
11. Track employee educations and employee licenses (RN, LPN, CNA, NHA, SW, etc.)
12. Assist with facility marketing such as creating promotional flyers using Microsoft Office, social media, etc.
13. Other duties as assigned

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $21.00 per hour
