Well-established and growing, family-owned company seeking a full-time and remote Administrative Assistant to assist with the day-to-day workload. This will be a highly valued role in our corporate office as you will support the owners of the company and the various offices around the country.

Must reside in Orange County, California and be available to meet as needed.

Responsibilities May Include:
All tasks will be taught and proper training will be provided.

Corporate Support:

  • Work closely with the owners and communicate daily regarding ongoing projects.
  • Organize digital files on the server.
  • Manage billing for marketing expenses.
  • Draft agreements for engaging a business for sale.
  • Prepare the prospectus offering a business for sale.
  • Communicate by phone and e-mail with the team, clients, and prospective clients.
  • Assist with introducing and supervising new projects to further the company.

Marketing Support:

  • Maintain the schedule of the company-wide marketing.
  • Oversee marketing activities and participate in idea generating.
  • Execute print and e-mail tasks to disseminate marketing materials.
  • Interface with marketing vendors and magazine publications.
  • Draft or proofread press releases and articles.
  • Coordinate trade shows & conferences, book hotels, register personnel, etc.
  • Reply to website inquiries or forward to the appropriate office.

Qualifications Required:

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office products (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Fluent in English and highly proficient in writing and grammar.
  • Very comfortable with numbers and basic calculations.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable on the phone and by e-mail (there will not be any cold calling).
