We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team and provide support to our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, scheduling appointments, and responding to customer inquiries. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational skills, be detail-oriented, and possess the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer phones and respond to customer inquiries.
  • Schedule appointments and meetings.
  • Maintain filing systems and databases.
  • Organize and prioritize workflow.
  • Prepare documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Provide administrative support to staff members.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and other correspondence.
  • Perform basic bookkeeping tasks.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $11.00 - $13.00 per hour
