Administrative Assistant Full Time
Salary: $20 to $24 (depending on years of experience)
The Moorings of Arlington Heights, a premier Senior Living Community is looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our staff.
Job Responsibilities:
- To coordinate resident and staff requests pertaining to "Facilities Management":Maintenance, Landscaping, Public Safety, Housekeeping and Laundry.
- Be proficient with our system Worxhub.
- Attends monthly Resident/Staff meetings. Attends weekly Facilities Management Departmental Meetings.
- Produces QAPI Reports monthly/ Quarterly
- Prepares monthly Resident charge sheet.
- Is a member of the campus safety committee and takes all required documentation to minutes for the meetings.
- Assists Director and Supervisors with special projects.
- Is aware of Presbyterian Homes Corporate Compliance policies including those having to do with confidentiality and security of information, and concern for the well being of residents and patients. Demonstrates behaviors and completes work in a manner consistent with these policies.
- Responsible for adding and coding invoice through in house system PN3
- Coordinates with resident/resident Family for unit vacates and sends out paper work
- Assists with Life Safety Survey Preparation
Qualifications:
- Must be proficient using the MS Office Suite of programs including but not limited to Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to work under pressure and remain pleasant and helpful to residents and staff.
- Must be proficient in writing and speaking English.
- Good telephone and communication skills.
- Responsible to use computers and software as required by work environment in order to enhance communications, performance and knowledge
- Contacts: Contact with residents, administration, staff and outside contractors.
- Physical Demands: Moderate walking between buildings.
Job Requirements:
- Proficient computer skills: MS Office Suite of products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and others), Worxhub (preferred).
- The level of knowledge normally obtained through the completion of four years of high school or the equivalent including coursework in office management.
- Two years of progressively responsible office and customer experience.
