We are looking for an Administrative Associate to join our growing practice. The ideal candidates will have a commitment to implementing and adhering to policies and procedures related to customer care in the financial service industry. The successful candidates will have a passion for working in a fast-paced environment and enjoy problem solving, client servicing, and overseeing our day to day office management. Our team is looking for candidates who can remain objective in the face of difficult situations, are results-oriented and possess strong decision-making skills. Our firm has a high level service model we like to deliver to our clientele. No experience is required but prefer a professional and responsible individual who is self motivating. Responsibilities: * Respond to customers by telephone and email. * Listen to customer's needs and provide solutions. * Maintain communication with the customer. * Gather information from the customer to help troubleshoot and resolve client matters. * Look for ways to improve customer satisfaction and quality of service. * Computer and phone skills beneficial. * Willingness to be trained, lots of hands on learning.
