Job title: Administrative/client support

Opportunity to joining our fast growing Administrative and Account management support team. Will be working to support our Account Managers in providing the best possible experience for our clients. Excellent career prospects with opportunities for growth.

The role

  • Work with Client Account managers to provide administrative support.
  • Use Epic to work and navigate as necessary
  • Use client systems to verify and obtain information as requested.
  • Produce excel reports for IQC clients.
  • Generate and review reports to ensure that information is accurate and identify any potential issues.
  • Understand client and company procedures to ensure that IQC/ Client goals are met
  • Compile, verify accuracy and sort information according to priorities.
  • Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities.
  • Input payments and adjustments to software system
  • Produce excel reports for IQC clients.
  • Keep information confidential
  • Insert customer and account data on the company system.

Skills/qualifications needed

  • Excellent written/spoken English.
  • Previous experience of EPIC
  • Experience using Excel and software systems
  • Attention to detail
  • Good understanding of different cultures and geography outside of USA.
  • Willingness and ability to learn as full training will be given
  • Has growth mindset
  • High School diploma

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $24.00 per hour
