Qualifications

  • High school or equivalent (Preferred)
  • Front Desk: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Day Spa or Medical Spa: 1 year (Preferred)

Essential Skills and Abilities:

  • Provides personal attention from when guests walk through the door until they leave.
  • Educates the guest on the Luna Allure experience, including a warm welcome and introduction to our consultation area and amenities.
  • Helping clients to have a seamless experience.
  • Is the brand ambassador, ensuring the guest enters a clean, safe place with just the proper lighting, music, and scent to ensure that memorable experience.
  • Appropriate telephone etiquette and communication skills.
  • Substantial knowledge of our practice procedures and terminology.
  • Strong computer and organizational skills.
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work as a team member.
  • Well-organized with attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Empathetic with guests' needs and concerns.
  • must be able to lift up to 20 pounds at times
  • Spanish speaker is a plus

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Guest check-in/check-out:
  • Welcomes clients warmly.
  • Obtain the client's signatures on appropriate forms.
  • Collects payments, completes encounter forms when necessary, and prints receipts.
  • Files/scans paperwork as needed.
  • Answers telephone and schedules clients.
  • Qualifies prospective clients for treatments.
  • Credentials practice and providers appropriately and take accurate messages.
  • Acts as liaison between waiting clients and esthetic providers.
  • Prepares and maintains current client information.
  • Assists with departmental orders as needed.

  • Conduct daily checks on skincare inventory.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
