As an individual who is detail-oriented, is a solid team player, and is ready to learn and grow, our part-time Administrative Assistant would have the main responsibilities of working with our Executive Director and Business Manager to do bookkeeping, coordinate and organize events, and manage donation records.
To the qualified Administrative Assistant , we offer:
· 5-10 flexible hours per week
· $15-16/hr
Primary duties of the Administrative Assistant :
· Bookkeeping
· Maintaining accurate donor records
· Assisting the Business Manager with event planning
· Assisting the Executive Director with task and calendar management
Qualifications of the Administrative Assistant:
· Aligns with the organization’s core values
· Detail oriented
· Team player
· Extremely organized and good with follow-through
· Working knowledge of QuickBooks online is a plus
