Job Duties:

  • Greet visitors and offer them refreshments & make sure leasing associates/REM are alerted when a prospect/resident has arrived.
  • Answering and transferring phone calls while providing excellent customer service.
  • Handle resident phone calls with care and understanding.
  • Listen to all voice messages promptly and follow up as needed to ensure the matter was addressed.
  • Respond to all emails promptly and loop in the correct parties.

o Most communication includes but is not limited to the following.

§ Resident relations

§ Prospects/applicants

  • Enter work orders into the Real Page software.
  • Assist with packages.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years customer service or sales experience
  • Availability to work during designated shift every day of the year but excluding vacation and sick hours.
  • Excellent computer and telephone skills
  • Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Valid driver’s license

FSLA Status: Exempt


Hours:

Wednesday 9-6pm

Thursday 9-6pm

Friday 9-6pm

Saturday 10am-5pm

Sunday 12pm-5pm
